Real estate Broker

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have experience in client calling and a good understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
• Guide clients through buying, selling, or renting properties
• Stay updated on market trends and property laws in Dubai
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling or telesales
• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• Presentable and professional demeanor
• Available to work full-time in Dubai

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 + Commission
• Good Commission Structure
