Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with the buying, selling, and renting of properties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and insights
• Negotiate deals and support clients throughout the transaction process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and local developments
• Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is required (real estate background is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to succeed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a bonus)
• A UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory
