Job Summary
 
The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales or rentals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and property owners. The role requires market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Client Acquisition & Networking
 
Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and property owners.
 
Property Listings & Marketing
 
List properties for sale or rent on company portals and social media.
Conduct property viewings and open houses.
 
 
Sales & Negotiation
 
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company policies.
 
Market Research
 
Stay updated on Dubai s real estate market trends, prices, and legal requirements.
 
Documentation & Compliance
 
Prepare contracts, agreements, and RERA forms.
Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations.
 
 
Requirements
 
Any nationality is welcome to apply.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Executive (Dubai experience preferred).
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and RERA regulations.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Presentable, professional, and client-focused.
RERA license is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
Proficiency in English, Arabic, or other languages is an advantage.
 
Compensation & Benefits
 
Commission-based role only (no fixed salary).
Earn 50% up to 70% commission based on performance.
