Real Estate Broker

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prospecting new business through warm calling/emailing our existing databases
• Property valuations
• Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
• Qualifying new leads
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating and finalising deals

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

• Previous sales or estate agency experience
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication skills
• English is mandatory
• French, Russian and Arabic spoken languages will be added as an advantage.
