We are actively recruiting experienced Dubai real estate brokers with a track record of delivering results and building strong professional relationships.

You will manage client portfolios, advise on off-plan opportunities, and build trusted relationships with developers and key partners. This role is ideal for professionals who value credibility, structured growth, and a collaborative culture over short-term wins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of buyers and investors
  • Advise clients on off-plan investments market opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, sales teams, and channel partners
  • Attend developer briefings, launches, and site visits to secure project allocations, pricing insights, and incentives
  • Collaborate with the internal team to share market insights and maximize opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and structured follow-ups
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations, pricing trends, and market developments
  • Represent Royal Liwan professionally, demonstrating integrity

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
  • Strong understanding of Dubai property laws, transaction processes, and market dynamics
  • Client-first mindset with high ethical standards
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented
