Role Summary

We are seeking a licensed, high-energy Real Estate Broker to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor for clients navigating the complexities of buying, selling, and leasing property. You won’t just be "showing houses"; you’ll be managing a high-volume pipeline, conducting sophisticated market analyses, and leading complex negotiations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advocacy: Represent buyers and sellers in negotiations, providing expert advice on pricing, market trends, and legal requirements.
• Lead Generation: Proactively prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, and following up on company-provided leads.
• Market Analysis: Perform Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
• Transaction Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all documentation is compliant with state laws.
• Marketing: Develop creative strategies to list properties, including coordinating photography, staging, and digital advertising.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with mortgage lenders, contractors, and legal professionals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Licensure: Active Real Estate Broker’s License (required).
• Negotiation Mastery: Ability to remain calm under pressure and secure favorable terms in competitive bidding wars.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be as comfortable on a podium as you are on a phone call.
• Ethics: Unwavering commitment to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Fair Housing laws.
