The Role This is a role for a closer. As a Real Estate Broker based in our Mindtree building office, you will be the primary link between premium property listings and a global network of investors and residents. You will move beyond traditional sales, acting as a strategic advisor for clients navigating Dubai's complex real estate landscape. Whether it's off-plan investments, luxury residential villas, or corporate commercial leasing, you will have the platform and the leads to dominate the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively source new listings and convert company-provided leads into successful transactions.
- Property Showings: Conduct professional viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, highlighting unique selling points and investment ROI.
- Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end negotiation process to secure the best possible terms for all parties involved.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, price fluctuations, and new project launches across Dubai (Downtown, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and Business Bay).
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions strictly adhere to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and Dubai Land Department regulations.
- Client Relationship Management: Utilize our CRM to track interactions and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with our digital team to ensure your listings are featured on major portals like Property Finder and Bayut with high-quality content.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful real estate sales experience in the Dubai market.
- License: A valid RERA Broker Card is mandatory.
- Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and a personal vehicle are essential for site visits.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian, Arabic, or Chinese is a significant competitive advantage.
- Attributes: A self-motivated, "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Network: An established database of potential buyers or investors is highly desirable.
