Job Description

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and a passion for sales and real estate.

You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai properties while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales leads
• Conduct client meetings and property viewings
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Follow up with buyers and investors professionally
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and projects

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable and confident personality
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply
