About the Role

Velora World Properties is expanding its dynamic team! We are looking for driven, ambitious, and experienced Real Estate Brokers to specialize in Commercial properties, Secondary Market, and Off-Plan projects in Dubai's fast-growing real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, manage, and close deals across Dubai’s Off-Plan, Secondary Market, and Commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional clients.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with Dubai’s property trends, developer updates, and investment yields.
• Provide world-class advisory services to international clients looking to invest or relocate to Dubai.
• Participate in property viewings, property assessments, and negotiation processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Consultant in Dubai (experience in Commercial, Secondary, or Off-Plan is highly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• International mindset with a strong network or the ability to manage international leads effectively.
• RERA certified (or willing to obtain).
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented personality.

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month
