Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
-
Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets
-
Proactively generate new business opportunities
Client Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE-based and international investors
-
Deliver exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey
Property Advisory & Presentations

Conduct professional property viewings and high-level client presentations
-
Advise clients on buying, selling, and investment strategies, including ROI analysis
Market Awareness

Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and upcoming launches

Position yourself as a trusted market expert
Qualifications & Skills

Languages:
Fluent in English (Arabic or European languages are a strong advantage)

Experience:
Sales experience preferred (UAE real estate experience is a plus, not mandatory)

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Knowledge:
Understanding of UAE real estate laws and processes is beneficial
