Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE-based and international investors
  • Deliver exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey

Property Advisory & Presentations

  • Conduct professional property viewings and high-level client presentations
  • Advise clients on buying, selling, and investment strategies, including ROI analysis

Market Awareness

  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and upcoming launches
  • Position yourself as a trusted market expert


Qualifications & Skills

  • Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic or European languages are a strong advantage)
  • Experience: Sales experience preferred (UAE real estate experience is a plus, not mandatory)
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge: Understanding of UAE real estate laws and processes is beneficial
  • Mindset: Target-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow
