Real Estate Broker | Freshers | Commission 60%

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for agents who want flexible working hours while earning a high 60% commission on closed leasing deals. The candidate should be able to handle tenant inquiries, conduct viewings, and close rental transactions independently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle tenant inquiries and follow up on leads
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Close leasing deals and renewals
• Coordinate with landlords and tenants
• Achieve agreed leasing targets

Requirements:

• Previous leasing or real estate experience preferred
• Knowledge of Dubai rental market and Ejari process
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
