Real Estate Broker Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and highly structured Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) to join our client’s real estate operations team in Ajman, UAE. In this role, you will take full ownership of the broker channel-driving acquisition, onboarding, activation, and performance management of broker firms and agents.

Duties and Responsibilities
Onboard and manage broker partners end-to-end (acquisition → activation → ongoing relationship).
Ensure brokers follow the SOP for registration, documentation, and system activation.
Drive broker lead pipeline and keep every deal moving to booking within defined SLAs.
Negotiate broker commercial terms within approved commission/incentive frameworks; escalate
exceptions.
Enforce governance: lead ownership rules, approvals, audit trail, and zero off-system processing.
Track broker performance and improve output (active brokers, qualified leads, conversions, bookings).
Handle broker complaints and disputes through structured ticketing, evidence-based closure, and escalation
control.
Manage and mentor the internal team; drive performance and provide support to ensure timely execution
and SOP compliance.
Maintain CRM hygiene (accurate source tagging, stage updates, notes, attachments, and reporting
readiness).
Publish weekly/monthly broker reports (activity, pipeline value, conversion, aging, revenue contribution).
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Customer Service) to resolve blockers fast.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5+ years in real estate broker management
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in UAE Real Estate Industry.

Preferred Joining Date: Immediate
Workdays & Timing: 6 Days a week, 9 hrs. a day
Benefits: As per UAE labor law

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
