Key responsibilities include listing properties on the MLS, conducting market analysis, drafting contracts, and managing, training, or supervising real estate agents to ensure ethical, compliant transactions. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Client Representation: Acting on behalf of buyers, sellers, or renters to negotiate purchase agreements, lease terms, and sales prices.
• Property Marketing & Sales: Listing homes for sale, hosting open houses, and promoting properties to potential buyers.
• Transaction Management: Preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and closing statements, and ensuring all terms are met.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all transactions comply with state/federal laws and that proper procedures for escrow accounts and disclosures are followed.
• Market Analysis: Evaluating properties to determine competitive market prices for clients.
• Brokerage Operations: Supervising, training, and supporting real estate agents in their day-to-day work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid License: A valid state-issued real estate broker license is mandatory.
• Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and mediate between buyers and sellers.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local real estate trends and property values.
• Experience: Proven success as a real estate agent is typically required before becoming a broker.
