Real Estate Broker / Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker / Property Consultant based in Dubai. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their property needs, conducting property showings, providing market advice, and facilitating real estate transactions. Additional responsibilities include executing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated with the local property market to identify new opportunities.

• Strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, with knowledge of the local Dubai property market
• Skills in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in Real Property management, including property listings, negotiations, and transaction processes
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UAE Real Estate license is preferred
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong knowledge of real estate software tools is an advantage
