Real Estate Broker with Basic Salary

Premium Rise Properties LLC is looking for Dynamic Passionate and Energetic candidates to join us as Real Estate Broker.

Get the opportunity to work on Rent and Sales transactions.

The following is expected from potential candidates:

• Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day to generate leads and follow up with prospects
• 5 active property listings per month
• Arrange and conduct 10 client meetings per month for off-plan properties
• Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate options, including off-plan and ready properties
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Presentable and well mannered
• Can start immediately
• Can work in a competitive environment
• Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
• Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads
• Negotiating offers and contract negotiation
• Maintain regular contact with all client

Premium Rise Properties will provide you with:

• Providing Sales, Rent and off-Plan leads through company leads
• A generous Commission Structure (Up to 50%)
