Must have a minimum of 2-year experience in Dubai Real Estate Proven track record as a Real Estate Broker or in a similar capacity, consistently exceeding targets and successfully closing deals.

Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate industry, both off plan & secondary. ( we have multiple openings) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated, Target oriented with positive approach. English / Arabic / French / Hindi / Urdu / Chinese / Russian.

Understand the local real estate market well, including what s popular, property values, and rules. Good at negotiating and talking to people, able to build lasting relationships. Stay informed about what s happening in the market. Really good at marketing and presenting properties using digital tools. Organized and good at managing time, can handle many deals at once. Desirable Candidates who have a valid real estate broker license ( Not required )
