JOB SUMMARY - The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management of Medical Centre operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance in line with company policies and DHA requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day operations of the medical centre, ensuring smooth patient flow
- Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical departments for efficient service delivery
- Responsible to ensure proper maintenance of facilities, medical equipment, and inventory
- Implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards
- Responsible to ensure full compliance with DHA regulations, licensing, and inspection requirements
- Responsible to ensure infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance processes
- Coordinate internal audits, DHA inspections, and accreditation activities
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper maintenance of medical records
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement service improvement initiatives
- Handle patient complaints and escalations effectively
- Ensure courteous, timely, and professional patient services
- Manage centre budget, targets, cost control, and MIS reporting
- Monitor billing accuracy, insurance approvals, collections, and cash handling
- Drive business growth through marketing initiatives, referral development, and community outreach programs
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve business streams
- Ensure clinic activities and medical specialties are managed effectively in liaison with management
- Coordinate with Doctors, staff and management to ensure proper scheduling, utilization, and service delivery
- Support the introduction of new specialties and healthcare services based on community needs
- Ensure proper delivery of medical care and adherence to clinical standards
- Plan and execute community-based health programs and outreach initiatives
- Organize and support health awareness campaigns, screening programs, and wellness events
- Promote public health education and preventive healthcare initiatives
- Support and participate in health-related events focusing on awareness and accessibility of medical services
- Ensure patients receive appropriate guidance, education, and access to quality healthcare services
- Lead, supervise, and motivate administrative, nursing, and support staff
- Ensure optimal staff scheduling and manpower utilization, conduct performance appraisals.
- Promote a positive, ethical, and performance-driven work culture
- Prepare and submit operational, financial, and MIS reports to management
- Support management in implementing strategic initiatives
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting HOD.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
