We are seeking a motivated and customer‑centric Real Estate Client Sales Consultant to guide clients through the buying, selling, and investment process while delivering a seamless, advisory‑driven experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client inquiries across multiple channels
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and tailored consultations
  • Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales or client‑facing roles is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
  • Ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
