As a Closer, you’ll be at the heart of the home-buying journey — guiding clients, agents, and lenders through the final steps of the process with professionalism, accuracy, and a smile. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a “can-do” attitude, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure seamless closings
• Prepare and review closing documents with precision and care
• Deliver top-notch customer service and proactive communication every step of the way
• Use Microsoft Outlook daily to stay organized and connected (experience with SoftPro Select is a huge plus!)
• Collaborate with your team to make every closing a positive and memorable experience
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills — you genuinely enjoy helping people
• A detail-driven, organized professional who can juggle multiple tasks with ease, including proficiency in balancing CD's, disbursements and funding
• A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Two years of experience as a Closer in title, escrow, or real estate closings is a must
