We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate company based in Dubai, seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Female Broker Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with and onboarding real estate brokers across India, building a strong network of partners to promote and sell properties in Dubai's lucrative market. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential real estate brokers and agencies across India through various channels, including social media, networking events, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing broker partners, providing them with the necessary training and support to effectively market and sell Dubai properties.
- Create and manage an engaging and professional social media presence on platforms like Instagram and Facebook to attract and connect with potential collaborators.
- Utilize your personal brand and outgoing personality to build trust and rapport with brokers, acting as the face of our company in the Indian market.
- Educate brokers on the benefits of collaborating with us, including the specifics of the Dubai real estate market, our projects, and commission structures.
- Maintain a well-organized database of all broker interactions and track your progress using Excel and our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the Dubai and Indian real estate markets.
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person networking events, such as BNI meetings, to expand our network of potential partners.
- Be open to occasional international travel, particularly to Dubai, for company meetings, training, and key events.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Engaging Social Media Presence: A proven track record of building and maintaining a strong and engaging presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Outgoing Personality: An extroverted, confident, and charismatic individual who is a natural conversationalist and enjoys networking.
- Sales and Numbers Acumen: The ability to understand financial figures, learn quickly, and effectively communicate the investment potential of Dubai real estate.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Committed and Trustworthy: A strong work ethic, a high level of integrity, and a commitment to achieving goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning and using new technologies, including AI-powered chatbots and CRM software.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- BNI Experience (Preferred): Previous experience with BNI or other professional networking organizations is a strong plus.
