Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic female Business Development Executives with excellent communication skills to join our real estate sales team. The role involves cold calling, engaging potential customers, and generating quality leads for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and explain property offerings.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits.
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with lead details.
• Coordinate with the sales/closing team for conversions.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada (multi-language is an added advantage).
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / cold calling / telesales (real estate, banking, insurance, or consulting preferred).
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain persistence in reaching targets.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
