Job Description:

CodeHive Development Qatar is seeking a knowledgeable and driven professional in Real Estate / Construction / Property to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in managing our property and construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, property management, or construction.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, property development, and construction processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee property acquisition, development, and leasing processes.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in real estate.
• Prepare reports on property performance and financial analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
