Job Description:
As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for:

- Selling and renting properties to clients

- Conducting property viewings and open houses

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders

- Negotiating deals and closing transactions

- Staying up-to-date with market trends and developments

- Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the agency

Requirements:

- Valid RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) broker license

- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales and brokerage

- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong network and relationships with clients and developers
