Real Estate Consultant

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive property pricing and identify potential opportunities.
• Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, digital platforms, and networking.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, legal requirements, and property financing.
• Prepare and review necessary documentation such as contracts, agreements, and closing statements.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Accompany clients to property site visits, inspections, and meetings with other stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property laws, zoning regulations, and mortgage processes.
• Build and maintain a strong client database and nurture long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, legal advisors, inspectors, and other professionals to complete transactions.
• Stay informed on real estate market trends, new projects, and developments in the community.
