We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Consultant to lead our sales team and contribute to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities

•  Assist clients in buying, selling while delivering exceptional customer service.
•  Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and support clients through the closing process.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
•  Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.
•  Manage property listings and ensure accurate, appealing marketing of available properties.
•  Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide regular updates on leads and transactions.
•  Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD regulations and company policies at all times.
•  Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving overall sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant in the UAE real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of RERA/DLD rules and regulations (Broker Card is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• UAE Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
