Real Estate Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Consultant with 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide professional guidance and market knowledge to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
• Stay updated on current real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s property market and RERA regulations.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
