Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced Secondary Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team in Dubai. As a Secondary Agent, you will focus on the resale market, helping clients buy and sell existing properties, while building strong relationships and driving revenue.

*This is a commission-based position*

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling secondary (resale) properties in Dubai.
• Generate leads, build a client base, and manage relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with buyers and sellers.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent client service.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate (secondary market preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
• Ideal for professionals interested in exploring international opportunities and building a career in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.
