Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to specialize in the sales and marketing of off-plan properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, advising clients on investment potential, and closing sales for properties still under development. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the off-plan market, developer portfolios, and property investment processes.

• Consulting and Real Estate skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills and ability to drive property sales
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
