Real Estate Consultant

  • Source, qualify, and close sales or leasing deals across Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
  • Promote properties through networking, marketing campaigns, social media, and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage the transaction process from start to finish.
  • Provide clients with accurate market analysis, pricing advice, and investment guidance.
  • Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, developers’ offers, and legal requirements in UAE real estate.
  • Maintain records and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for property listings, photo shoots, and promotional activities.
  • Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and developer presentations.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
