About the Role

Are you a motivated and goal-oriented professional with a passion for real estate? We are looking for experienced Real Estate Senior Consultants (minimum 1+ year) to join our dynamic and growing team in Dubai!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads into successful sales
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Understand client requirements and provide the right property solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales in the UAE
• Good understanding of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Candidates with a background in sales—particularly credit card or personal loan sales—are also encouraged to apply
