The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves generating leads, providing market advice, conducting property viewings, and ensuring a smooth transaction process while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales and rentals of properties through advertisements, open houses, and listings.
  • Identify client needs and assist in finding suitable properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize sales/rental agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain an updated database of listings and client records.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
  • Stay informed about the real estate market trends, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, legal, etc.) for smooth deal closure.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and RERA regulations (if applicable).
  • Dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused personality.
