Real Estate Consultant

Mieyar Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results oriented Property Consultant Off-Plan to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on connecting clients with off-plan developments, guiding both investors and end users through the purchasing process, and capitalizing on sales opportunities in Dubai’s fast growing real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering guidance on suitable off-plan properties.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities in Dubai’s real estate sector.
• Provide in-depth consultations on off-plan projects, covering pricing, payment plans, developer reputation, and ROI analysis.
• Generate and manage leads.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (off-plan real estate experience) minimum 6months
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive market.
