Real Estate Consultant

We at Taher Sharif Real Estate LLC looking for motivated Real Estate Agents/Property Consultants Off Plan & Secondary with a minimum of 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai to join our dynamic team. This role offers a lucrative commission structure, excellent growth opportunities and also an pathway to be an part of international brokerage firm with offices across the UAE, UK, Germany & Singapore. This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and manage leads provided by the company as well as through personal networking
• Conduct property tours, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
• Promote properties effectively via social media platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Maintain strong client relationship to drive repeat and referral business
• Stay updated with local real estate tends, property values, and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in UAE
• Candidates with UK & Russian Work Experience are Encourage to Apply.
• Closed 1-2 Deals in past 6 months
• Strong communication, negotiation, and, interpersonal skills
• Good social media presence and digital marketing experience
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to work both independently and as part of team

Please note that experience gained in your home country will not be considered; only UAE experience in real estate will be taken into account.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED200,000.00 per month
