The Vantage Point Real Estate, a fast-growing real estate advisory based in Muscat, Oman, is expanding its team. We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultants to handle Oman and Dubai property markets.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about real estate, client advisory, and investment-focused sales, and who want to grow with a performance-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on residential and investment properties in Oman and Dubai
• Identify and convert leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and events
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours
• Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Negotiate and close property transactions
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Collaborate with developers, internal teams, and partners
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM toolsWhat

• We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate sales (Oman or Dubai market experience preferred)

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results

• Understanding of off-plan and secondary market properties

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Professional attitude and strong client-handling skills

• English required; Arabic and other languages are a plus
