Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Muscat for a Real Estate Consultant. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, identifying and presenting real property options, facilitating property sales, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, evaluating client needs, and delivering exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in providing Real Estate Training and guidance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiarity with local and international real estate markets
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in real estate consulting or a related role
