Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties

Generate and manage leads through company and self-sourcing channels

Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market advice

Negotiate offers and close deals professionally

Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations

Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai

Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude

Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and market trends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
