Job Description:
The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions. The role requires a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about listings
• Negotiate and close deals on behalf of clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and brand visibility

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• RERA certification preferred
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance and conduct
