Role Overview

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and investing in residential and off-plan properties across Dubai. You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships while consistently achieving sales performance targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through company-provided and self-generated leads
• Advise clients on property options based on their requirements, budget, and investment goals
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, developer presentations, and project launches
• Follow up consistently with buyers and investors to close deals efficiently
• Maintain an updated pipeline and track activities using the company CRM system
• Stay informed about current market trends, developer projects, pricing, and regulations
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate sales
• Proven ability to close deals and handle client negotiations confidently
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate regulations and off-plan market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and self-motivated attitude
