Real Estate Consultant

Onex Properties is looking for a dynamic and motivated **Real Estate Consultant** to join our growing team. We welcome **freshers** as well as candidates with **minimum 6 months of real estate experience** who are passionate about sales and client relationship management.

# Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and marketing campaigns

* Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options

* Conduct property viewings and follow-ups with clients

* Negotiate deals and close sales successfully

* Maintain updated records in CRM

* Achieve monthly sales targets

# Requirements:

* Freshers are welcome (Real estate experience of minimum 6 months preferred)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Presentable and professional attitude

* Target-oriented and self-motivated

*Hungry to earn and grow financially

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems

* Valid driving license (preferred)
