Real Estate Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. The candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
• Conduct site visits and property presentations
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
• Maintain database of available properties
• Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth deal closure
• Provide market insights and investment advice to clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Skills

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong sales ability
• Good knowledge of local real estate market
• Basic understanding of property documentation
• Target-oriented mindset
• Presentable personality

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in Real Estate / Sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
