Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident in their sales abilities and are looking for a supportive environment with strong resources and lead-generation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and/or commercial real estate properties.
  • Generate and manage client leads through networking, marketing, and company-provided channels.
  • Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
  • Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, and property availability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field (preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Professional presentation and client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
