Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on property investment opportunities and market trends
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals
• Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Prepare and submit legal documents (RERA, DLD, etc.)
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market and regulations

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred:

• Experience in Dubai real estate
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.)
• Own Visa/Spouse Visa (Add on Advantage)

Compensation

• Commission-Only (no fixed salary or base pay)
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance
• Tiered commission structure (details shared at interview)

Please note: This is a commission-only position with no monthly base salary. Earnings are based on closed deals.
