We are currently looking for Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join our team. You will be part of an experienced, high performing team and will work closely with some of the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties based on their needs and budgets.
• Conduct market research and comparative market analysis to assess property values and trends.
• Promote property listings through effective marketing strategies, advertising platforms, and networking.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Ensure all transactions comply with real estate regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and transactions using CRM systems.
• Provide timely follow-ups and updates to clients throughout the sales or leasing process.
• Collaborate with developers, mortgage advisors, legal teams, and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is an advantage
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
