Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic European female professional to join our real estate team in Dubai as a Business Development & Operations Manager. The role involves driving business growth, managing client relationships, expanding market presence, and overseeing operational activities within the real estate division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, business development, and team management within the UAE or international markets.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property developers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Generate leads for property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with real estate developers and agencies.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.
Management & Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the real estate division.
- Manage and mentor the sales and leasing team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and growth plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Client & Investor Relations:
- Provide professional consultation to clients on property investments in Dubai.
- Maintain long-term relationships with investors and international buyers.
- Coordinate property presentations, site visits, and deal negotiations.
Reporting & Strategy:
- Prepare business development reports and sales forecasts.
- Develop marketing and expansion strategies for the real estate portfolio.
- Work closely with marketing teams to promote property listings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate business development or management.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Experience dealing with international clients and investors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage).
- UAE driving license preferred.
