Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will guide clients through the process of purchasing, selling, or leasing real estate properties. Daily tasks include conducting property market research, providing expert advice on market conditions, identifying opportunities for buyers and sellers, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. You will also play a pivotal role in building relationships with clients and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property trends and regulations in the Dubai real estate market.

Qualifications

• 2 Years Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Proficiency in Negotiation skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful deal closures
• Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations
• Valid UAE driver's license and access to reliable transportation
