Real Estate Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market trends and property values
• Negotiate property deals between buyers, sellers, and landlords
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation for transactions
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
