About the rule

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Dubai. The Real Estate Consultant will engage in property sales and rentals, assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate, and provide expert market insights. We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have strong sales skills, a passion for real estate, and experience in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales within Dubai. European language speakers are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided sources

Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties across Dubai

Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new project launches

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process * Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients consistently

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

European language speakers preferred

Full access to CRM systems and property portals

Experience in Dubai real estate, including Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Deep knowledge and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional

Strong skills in Sales and client engagement

Exceptional abilities in Negotiation and closing deals

Capacity to provide guidance and Training to clients or team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in understanding the Dubai real estate market

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-first approach

Familiarity with real estate technology and CRM tools is a plus

UAE driving license is preferred
