Real Estate Consultant (Off-Plan)

The ideal candidate will have high interpersonal communication skills and pleasant personality to interact with customer and offer properties for sale in UAE market.

Responsibilities:

• Calling prospective or prevailing clients.
• Responsive to queries about the company and services we offer.
• Probing customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry.
• Negotiating deals and closing sales.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's properties and services

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the sales and its trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, ability to speak other languages are a bonus
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
