We are seeking experienced female off-plan sales professionals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Dubai’s off-plan market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming qualified leads and convert them into sales.
  • Present and promote off-plan projects to prospective clients.
  • Conduct property consultations, project briefings, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
  • Stay updated on current and upcoming off-plan launches, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit required documents for booking and follow the sales process end-to-end.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and project launches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai off-plan sales is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage clients professionally.
  • Knowledge of major developers and Dubai real estate market trends.
  • Must be available to join immediately or on short notice.
