We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Coordinator to support daily operations across our real estate team. In this role, you will handle essential administrative tasks, assist with transaction management, maintain property records, and ensure smooth communication between clients, agents, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with real estate transaction coordination from contract to close
  • Maintain property files, documentation, and compliance records
  • Schedule showings, inspections, and vendor appointments
  • Prepare listing materials, reports, and client communications
  • Update CRM systems and track project timelines
  • Support leasing, marketing, and property management tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of real estate, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple team members
